Terms of Service (Updated January 2026)

This document constitutes a binding agreement between the Kerberos Documentation Hub (“the Hub”) and all visitors or users accessing its materials within the Tor network. Usage of this site implies acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

1 · Purpose and Scope

The Kerberos Hub serves purely informational and educational functions. It does not offer, promote, or facilitate illegal transactions or services. All content is technical documentation on encryption and security practices.

2 · User Responsibility

Users access the Hub under their own jurisdiction. They must comply with local laws regarding encryption and data privacy.  The Kerberos team does not hold responsibility for how information shared here is used outside the Tor context.

3 · Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to de-anonymize users or administrators.
  • Mirroring this Hub with modified content or misleading branding.
  • Distributing malicious software or third‑party trackers under the Kerberos name.
  • Any use that violates the ethical code of privacy advocacy.

4 · Intellectual Property

All texts, graphics, and layouts within kerberosmarket.online are licensed under open documentation model.  Authorship must be credited when republishing unaltered content.  PGP keys and fingerprints remain under Kerberos Public License ( KPL v1 ) for verification use.

5 · Limitation of Liability

The Hub and its administrators provide information on an “as is” basis without warranty.  Neither explicit nor implicit guarantees of accuracy or availability are offered.  The Hub shall not be liable for any loss resulting from use or misuse of content.

6 · Security Practices

All materials follow the Kerberos security framework outlined in security.html and pgp.html.  Users are obligated to maintain OpSec standards when employing methods described here. Any breach caused by negligence does not impute liability.

7 · Third‑Party References

External links (like Tor Project or PGP documentation) are for education only.  The Hub does not endorse and cannot verify external policies. Users should consult each referenced site’s terms before use.

8 · Termination of Use

Access may be terminated at any time if a user attempts to violate network integrity or falsify Kerberos identity.  Administrators reserve the right to restrict access to mirrors for security maintenance.

9 · Updates to Terms

These Terms were last modified on January 5, 2026.  Future amendments will be signed by the Kerberos root PGP key and posted here.  Continued use after revision implies acceptance of new conditions.

10 · Contact and Jurisdiction

The Kerberos Hub operates from distributed onion servers without nation‑state jurisdiction.  Legal notices must be addressed through PGP communication to kerberos@market and verified with published fingerprint. No physical contact address exists to preserve network anonymity.
